Pumpkin pudding

INGREDIENTS

350 g Cleaned Pumkin
200 g Vegetables broth
100 g Cream
30 g Olive oil
4 g Propannacotta Sosa

As needed:
Salt an d pepper
Ginger aroma

ELABORATION

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pumpkin lightly for 3 min. .
Add the vegetable broth and cover pan.
Cook over low heat.
Mix the pumpkin (with the broth), the cream, the ginger flavour,
the propannacotta and a little salt.
